Frequently asked questions

We offer payment by payment card, Apple Pay, Google pay and partial payment via Viabill.

We ship orders on all weekdays. If you order before 14.30 the order is dispatched the same day.

You will receive an email as soon as we have dispatched your order. From this point on, the order will generally be with you within 3 working days.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. The item is sent to the address shown on your purchase receipt.

Unfortunately, it may happen that we have sent you the wrong item by mistake.If that is the case, we will probably have to make sure that you get the right item as quickly as possible, and we will probably have to pay for the return postage.Simply contact our customer service and we will clarify the error and send you the correct item.

If you have unfortunately ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please contact our customer service at: kundeservice@babyara.dk

If your item is broken upon receipt, please simply send us an email with a picture of the damage to the item.You will then be contacted by our customer service, who will arrange for a replacement for the item.For inquiries about receiving a defective product, please contact customer service by e-mail at: kunderservice@babyara.dk

If you wish to cancel the purchase before we have sent your order, you must contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order. If you regret your order after it has been dispatched, you must send the package back together with a copy of the order confirmation, as well as a brief description of what needs to happen afterwards. You have a 90-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, and you must pay for the costs associated with the return yourself.
